Meet Nikki Hoellwarth,
owner of Gone West Vacation Rental Consulting

This dream began when Nikki took her first job as a hostess at Applebee’s when she was 16 years old in her small town of Gallup, New Mexico. It was then that the hospitality seed was sewn. She proceeded to get a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, a degree in Business Marketing, and later a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Although she didn’t know at the time where her education might take her, she continued to follow her arrow down the adventurous path that life would take her on.

After college, Nikki spent years working in non-profit and eventually landed in a leadership position at Habitat for Humanity, where her love of real estate was discovered. To strengthen her knowledge and skills in this role, she decided to get her real estate license, and would make real estate a side hobby after work. While she loved leading an organization that helped people attain affordable housing in her community, she was still missing something…..her thirst to interact with people in a hospitality setting.

That is where Gone West Vacation Rental Consulting was born, blending Nikki’s love for hospitality, real estate, and business leadership together. Nikki is passionate about having the privilege to call Wyoming home. The vast landscape, tremendous mountain ranges, and tough as nails people make this a place she will never leave. Nikki’s love for Wyoming is evident in the interactions she has with her clients and guests. Nikki is married to a Wyoming native, Kyle, who has no shortage of adventure stories to tell. They spend their free time playing in the mountains together with their two children and two aussie pups.
